The Office of Student Conduct offers students the opportunity to have a case resolved by a student panel. The Community Adjudication Board (CAB) adjudicates all student cases and may also resolve cases where suspension or dismissal (expulsion) are under consideration. The Residential Adjudication Board (ResBoard) facilitates resolutions with students who have been referred to the Office of Student Conduct who live in the residence halls specifically. In both Boards, trained students will make a finding and recommend sanctions to provide a student voice within the Conduct process.
Students are welcome and encouraged to become involved in the Student Conduct process by becoming a member of one of these Boards. Students serve as peer educators and mentors for other students, and we welcome diverse perspectives in our student processes.
