The Office of Student Conduct offers students the opportunity to have a case resolved by a student panel. The Community Adjudication Board (CAB) adjudicates all student cases and may also resolve cases where suspension or dismissal (expulsion) are under consideration.
The Residential Adjudication Board (ResBoard) resolves cases of alleged violations that occurred in the residence halls and/or case involving students who live in the residence halls. With both Boards, trained students will make a finding and recommend sanctions to provide a student voice within the conduct process.
Students are welcomed and encouraged to become involved in the student conduct process by becoming a member of the Boards. We welcome diverse perspectives in our student conduct processes. ResBoard and CAB members serve as peer educators and mentors for other students.
Applications materials for the ResBoard are available on this website. CAB application materials will be made available soon. In the meantime, if you are interested in serving on CAB, please complete the CAB Interest Form.
