Code of Student Conduct

The Code of Student Conduct (CSC) is a document that outlines the policies and expectations for student behavior. The CSC also outlines the conduct process and rights of students who go through the conduct process. It is to the student’s and community’s benefit for students to not only learn about the policies but to also abide by them.

Benefits to students knowing the Code include, but are not limited to:

  • Contributing to a safe and positive university community and beyond
  • Learning about:
    • The policies and expectations for student behavior
    • Yourself as a result of consciously deciding to abide by the policies and expectations for student behavior
    • Your options for resolution when impacted by another individual’s actions
    • Your procedural rights and obligations as you go navigate the conduct process
  • The opportunity to be intentional in the decisions you make
